Are You Experienced? Stassy is experienced at BMAT. She’s been working with us for longer than what Rudolf Steiner calls a cycle of life, which means she masters all our folklore. Here she explains some.
It’s been more than 7 years now that I’ve been part of BMAT. After your initial rite, you’re not simply working from 9 to 5, you are in. You don’t only get to share a working space, but you share a vision and a way of life. You take part of every happy moment of your new friends’ lives – an achievement at work, a personal challenge they just overcame, their weddings, their babies.
It’s been more than seven years now that I’ve been part of BMAT. A lot of things have changed. We once had a couple of clients, now we have more than all our competitors together. Sounds cool, and it really is, but the best part is that this is the reason why there are no two days exactly the same. Every day is a new challenge, a new experience to live altogether.
It’s been more than 7 years now that I’ve been part of BMAT. Back in time, you could spot us at a couple of conferences, sometimes presenting our ideas of a better future for the music, but many more times just listening to our future clients – their problems, their concerns, their vision. We listened. And we worked a lot. Now you might see us a lot around – signing a contract with a CMO, discussing the industry with a record label, talking to a DSP… You can approach us everywhere, always. But we are still the same.
We go further, step by step, song by song, dance by dance.
It’s been more than 7 years now that I’ve been part of BMAT. And we are still young, joyful, passionate, visionaries, we talk a lot, we enjoy music all day long, we play ping pong at our lunch break, we go to parties after work, we play in music bands, we are together. And we communicate with everybody around us – we talk and we listen to them. Always. And we go further, step by step, song by song, dance by dance – like an authentic tribe. Like those tribes that stick together and help each other. Innovators for a better music world.
